These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, digital platforms, online forms, registration systems, donation portals, text messaging services, programs, resources, and other digital services operated by or on behalf of The Church of Atlanta, Hope Hub, Inc., and Better Together Community Development Corporation.
By accessing or using any applicable website or digital service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the applicable website or digital service.
1. ABOUT OUR ORGANIZATIONS
The Church of Atlanta, Hope Hub, Inc., and Better Together Community Development Corporation are legally distinct organizations that may collaborate on ministry, outreach, charitable, community development, educational, advocacy, and service initiatives.
For purposes of these Terms, “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the organization operating the particular website, program, platform, or service you are using.
Use of shared branding, collaborative initiatives, linked websites, or coordinated programs does not merge the organizations into a single legal entity.
Each organization maintains its own governance, finances, records, programs, and legal responsibilities.
2. USE OF OUR WEBSITES AND SERVICES
You may use our websites and digital services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
• Use our websites or services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any website, server, database, account, system, or network.
• Introduce malware, viruses, malicious code, or other harmful technology.
• Interfere with the proper functioning, security, or accessibility of our digital services.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or organization.
• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• Use our content, systems, or resources for unauthorized commercial solicitation or exploitation.
• Collect or attempt to collect personal information about other users without authorization.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our websites or services when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
3. MINISTRY AND COMMUNITY SERVICES
Information provided through our websites does not guarantee admission, participation, assistance, financial support, housing assistance, pastoral services, program eligibility, or any particular outcome.
Programs and services may be subject to eligibility requirements, funding availability, geographic limitations, capacity, deadlines, documentation requirements, or other criteria.
Submitting an application, request for assistance, prayer request, registration, or inquiry does not create a contractual right to receive services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue programs or services based on availability, funding, staffing, organizational priorities, legal requirements, or other operational considerations.
4. CHARITABLE ASSISTANCE
Hope Hub, Inc. and Better Together Community Development Corporation may provide charitable assistance or community resources on a case-by-case basis.
Eligibility determinations may depend on available resources, documented need, program requirements, funding restrictions, and organizational discretion.
Submission of a request for assistance does not guarantee approval or payment.
Assistance may be limited, delayed, denied, modified, or discontinued depending upon circumstances and available resources.
Unless expressly stated in writing, our organizations do not assume responsibility for an applicant’s debts, rent obligations, utilities, housing costs, medical bills, legal obligations, or other financial responsibilities.
5. DONATIONS AND CONTRIBUTIONS
Donations made to The Church of Atlanta, Hope Hub, Inc., or Better Together Community Development Corporation are voluntary.
Donors are responsible for verifying that they are contributing to the intended organization, fund, campaign, or initiative.
Each organization maintains its own financial records and charitable accounting.
A contribution made to one organization should not be assumed to constitute a contribution to another organization.
Where permitted by law and consistent with donor intent, designated contributions may be used for the stated program, fund, campaign, or closely related charitable purpose.
If a specific project becomes fully funded, completed, postponed, cancelled, or no longer feasible, the receiving organization may redirect funds to a substantially similar charitable or ministry purpose when legally permissible.
Donations are generally nonrefundable unless required by law or an error has occurred in processing.
Questions regarding a donation should be directed to the organization that received the contribution.
6. TAX-DEDUCTIBILITY
Certain donations may qualify as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes, depending upon the recipient organization, nature of the contribution, and applicable law.
We do not provide individual tax advice.
Donors should consult a qualified tax professional regarding the deductibility of any contribution.
A receipt or acknowledgment issued by one organization applies only to the contribution received by that organization.
7. TEXT MESSAGING AND SMS SERVICES
By voluntarily providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to receive messages, you consent to receive recurring text messages from the organization with which you registered.
Messages may include ministry updates, event information, program notifications, community alerts, announcements, reminders, and other organizational communications.

Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of attending services, participating in programs, or receiving services.
The Church of Atlanta sends recurring church updates, volunteer and charitable outreach opportunities only with affirmative webform consent. Replies to incoming questions do not enroll you in recurring updates. Hope Hub messages are a separate program.

17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our websites, content, resources, and digital services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no guarantee that information provided through our websites will be complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every individual circumstance.
Nothing on our websites should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of a particular spiritual, financial, legal, medical, housing, employment, educational, community, or other outcome.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Church of Atlanta, Hope Hub, Inc., Better Together Community Development Corporation, and their respective directors, officers, pastors, employees, volunteers, representatives, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our websites or digital services.

Nothing contained in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, fiduciary relationship, employment relationship, or other legal relationship among the organizations beyond any relationship separately established by written agreement.
Neither organization assumes the debts, obligations, liabilities, contracts, or responsibilities of another solely because they collaborate, share branding, participate in common initiatives, or refer individuals between programs.
